CurrentA / Supervise and manage the mail department, which handles the reception, sorting, franking, dispatch and follow-up of mail processing operations for all central divisions, divisions, departments and services:- Ensures the reception, analysis and processing of incoming mail in the Emeraude platform for allocation to the central management / directorate / department / service concerned.- Ensures the reception of incoming mail, addressing of case numbers, registration in the computerized platform, dispatch, then processing and archiving of mail discharges in the computerized platform.- Manage the department's workforce to ensure that objectives are met. B / Modernize the management of mail operations and ensure the implementation of procedures to optimize mail processing expenses:- Draft procedures, work instructions and operating methods relating to mail processing.- Ensure the application of procedures, work instructions and operating modes relating to mail processing.- Carry out periodic reviews with a view to detecting discrepancies, areas for improvement, weak points, sensitive points, areas for improvement with a view to improving the quality of services and increasing the level of satisfaction of internal and external customers.C / Manage the department's budget by supervising and overseeing the accounting of all expenses related to the recording, analysis, tracking, dispatch and archiving of mail.- Detect time-consuming stages in the mail processing process and continually propose appropriate action plans.- Periodically analyze mail department budgets [ forecast and actual ] with a view to ensuring quality and satisfaction levels for General Management.
