The position of a software development team lead at the TIP (Technical Integrations Program) department at Siemplify. The department is responsible for the development and maintenance of around 170 integrations (early 2021) between Siemplify and 3rd party cybersecurity products such as McAfee, Arcsight, Qradar, Palo Alto Networks, FireEye, etc Siemplify is a SOAR platform for MSSPs.Responsibilities:- Managing a team of 7 Python Software Developers and QA Engineers- Designing the agile product development and release and code-review processes- Activity and resource planning including time and resource estimations- Reviewing technical specifications for 3rd party integrations- Active participation in the development of integrations written in Python- Onboarding and troubleshooting sessions with customers
