Served as the United Nations Command/United States Forces Korea/Combined Forces Command- UNC/USFK/CFC reserve component coordinator and program manager under the general supervision of the J1 and receives operational guidance from the J3. Provides advice and guidance to UNC/USFK/CFC leadership and staff with respect to reserve component capabilities and limitations. The incumbent manages the on the Peninsula, duty participation and resourcing of nearly 400 reserve component officers and enlisted personnel from the Army Reserve, Army National Guard, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, Navy Reserve and the Marine Corps Reserve. Serves as a strategic planner responsible for developing and managing a budget for on- Penn duty participation, equipping and training for all assigned reserve component members. Work with the J1 and J8 to build and validate the JTMD and meet higher Hqtrs JS requirements for periodic review and justification of each position. Create the annual programming case analysis and present supporting data during the POM process at UNC/USFK/CFC. Prepares briefings for General Officers, UNC/USFK/CFC staff and higher headquarters utilizing Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word). Also assigned as a Senior Human Resources Supervisor in a 4-star level command responsible for reviewing and validating personnel strength and loss reports from six separate component ensuring accuracy to support the theater combatant commander. Additionally, supports and operations of more than 83 officers and senior NCOs assigned as DIMA and 153 ARE members to an active duty joint combatant command; serve as the primary interface between U.S. Pacific Command and HRC Ft Knox; manage development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures for IMA/ARE soldiers; to prepare DA Form 1380s for soldiers upon completion of IDT; to prepare AHRC Form 3924s upon completion of their AT; prepare DA Form 2446 on request for orders.
