I started this role as a trainee and moved up to a juicer, before completing my training for the shift manager role. I am responsible for organisation and workflow on the bar on a daily basis as well as completing admin beyond the store, ensuring that cleaning tasks are adequately completed. I provide deadlined feedback to the store managers and regional managers, considering any alternative adjustments throughout the week, allowing for more effective fulfilment of the tasks.
