I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Political Science, following my Bachelor's degree (BA) in the same field.I worked in customer service for a few years before I got promoted into management where I gained a lot of experience regarding HR, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. After that I started working at FoxEducation as an Inbound Customer Service Representative, where my main tasks included: website localization, product presentation, communication with potential customers, helping with any problems (potential) customers might have. In addition to my academic work, I‘ve gained hands-on experience at A1 Bank as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). At A1 Bank, my role as a CRM involved:Managing and building strong client relationships.Analyzing customer data to find growth opportunities.Collaborating with different departments to enhance customer experience.Using CRM software to improve customer interaction and data management.My diverse experiences have helped me develop strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of customer needs. I enjoy building meaningful relationships, solving problems, and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. I look forward to connecting with other professionals, exploring new opportunities, and contributing to dynamic teams and projects. Currently, I’m working as a Process Analyst at Wien Energie GmbH, focusing on optimizing processes within the energy sector, particularly in heat management. My role involves analyzing workflows, coordinating projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and ensure accurate reporting.
