>> Performing all operational transactions in accordance with official laws, bank policy, and procedures• Making the required payments and registering with the municipality, tax office, and other related official offices for branch openings and address changes• Paying all taxes that the branch is liable to pay on time, correct arrangement of schedules and bases for all tax transactions on time, making required agreements• Ensuring customer satisfaction by instantly solving the problems in the branch within the framework of bank workflows and legislations • As "Sustainability Representative," I am responsible for implementing the "ISO 14001 Environmental Management System" rules and procedures, as well as collaborating with relevant units on resource consumption and waste management• Participating in Occupational Health and Safety exercises as "Employee Representative" and following processes • Eliminating system-related issues such as technical malfunctions, line issues, and supplying of the press, stationery, and equipment needs

• Gaining potential customers, and retaining their loyalty to the bank, in line with the goal of acquiring new customers • Meeting customers' product and service requests as quickly and efficiently as possible, generating cross-selling opportunities, and improving product penetration in customers with hot sales

• On-time execution of legal notifications and tax transactions, as well as ensuring the consistency of physical assets and accounting records in the branch | Determining and managing the cash balance status (the amount of money held in reserve to pay depositors from their current accounts) of the branch, as well as coordinating with the sales teams as needed

• Performing Turkish Lira and foreign currency cash movements and all banking transactions carried out within the branch completely and on time in line with the laws, policies, and procedures
