- I have worked full time for Aksigorta General Directorate at Bank Insurance (Bancassurance) - Sales Development unit as Reporting and Analysis Specialist in Young Talent - Management Trainee Program. I prepared daily sales and campaign reports for sales forces and periodic review presentations for top management. I constituted new system format to analyse and forecast sales data. In addition, preparing various analyses for sales forces and top management was in my job definition.- 01.09.2015 tariinde Aksigorta Genel Müdürlük bünyesinde Banka Sigortacılığı (Bankasürans) - Satış Geliştirme biriminde Genç Yetenek - Yönetici Adayı (MT) programında Raporlama ve Analiz Uzmanı olarak tam zamanlı çalışmaya başladım. Satış ekiplerine günlük satış ve kampanya raporlamalarının yanı sıra; üst yönetime periyodik değerlendirme sunumlarının hazırlanmasında görev aldım. Satış verilerinin takip ve tahmini için yeni sistem formatı oluşturdum. Ayrıca satış ekibi ve üst yönetim tarafından istenen çeşitli analizleri hazırlamak da görev tanımım arasındaydı.

- I had been working for Aksigorta Company at Bank Insurance (Bancassurance) - Branch Bank Sales Department which is located in Akbank Istanbul - Aksaray Region Headquarters since 04.08.2014 in the direction of Young Talent Campus - Management Trainee Program. Preparing daily and monthy sales reports in Microsoft Excel and preparing different kinds of insurance policies in Aktif07, Oracle Application, are my primary duties. In addition, "Designing A Unique Customer Experience" group project has ben completed successfully.- 04.08.2014 tarihinde Akbank İstanbul - Aksaray Bölge Müdürlüğü'nde Aksigorta şirketi bünyesinde Banka Sigortacılığı (Bankasürans) - Banka Şube Satış Departmanı'nda Genç Yetenek Kampüs - Yönetici Adayı (MT) programı doğrultusunda yarı zamanlı çalışmaya başladım. Bir yıllık yarı zamanlı çalışmamda Microsoft Excel'de günlük ve aylık satış raporları ile Oracle uygulaması olan Aktif07 ekranında çeşitli sigorta poliçeleri hazırlamak öncelikli görevlerim arasındaydı. Ayrıca, "Emsalsiz Bir Müşteri Deneyimi Tasarlama" grup projesi başarı ile sonuçlandırılmıştır.

- I have completed the Compulsory Manufacturing / Service Internship at the Biscuit Factory of ETİ Food Industry and Trade Inc. ( ETİ Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ) located in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone by production planning intern for 20 workdays, which were between the time interval 16.06.2014 - 11.07.2014. Following - up of the daily raw material purchasing orders, arrangement of labor reports and recipe regulations were under my responsibility.- Zorunlu imalat / hizmet stajımı 16.06.2014 - 11.07.2014 tarihleri arasındaki 20 iş günlük süre içerisinde Eskişehir Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde kurulu ETİ Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi'ne ait Bisküvi Fabrikası'nın Üretim Planlama Departmanı'nda gerçekleştirdim. Reçete düzenlenmesi, günlük hammadde alım siparişlerinin takibi ve raporlanması, işçilik raporlarının düzenlenmesi görevlerinde bulundum.

- I have completed the Compulsory Manufacturing Internship at the factory of Daikin Turkey located in Hendek / SAKARYA for 20 workdays, which were between the time interval 17.06.2013 - 12.07.2013. I have actively participated in transition from workshop to production line of panel isolation section which were a part of air handling unit production. I sped up the production by Karakuri Kaizen. In addition, stopwatch time study is applied for balancing the line.- 17.06.2013 – 12.07.2013 tarihleri arasında 20 iş günlük zorunlu imalat ( üretim ) stajımı “ Daikin Isıtma ve Soğutma Sistemleri San. Tic. A.Ş. ” işletmesinin Hendek / SAKARYA adresindeki fabrikasında gerçekleştirdim. Klima santrali üretimi bünyesinde bulunan Panel İzolasyon bölümünün atölyeden üretim hattına geçişi düzenlemelerinde aktif olarak görev aldım. Karakuri Kaizen çalışmasıyla üretimi hızlandırdım. Ayrıca, hat dengeleme amacıyla kronometraj yöntemiyle zaman etüdü çalışması yapılmıştır.
