I have directed customer experience departments in callcenter, sales field, e-commerce, Network Marketing for 10 years.I had managed Corporate Sales teams in Contact Center until 2013. I have 5 years experience on Field andOperation sales as an Executive. Having served as Senior Consultant and Business Training in various sectorsbetween the period of 2013 and 2015. Until 07.2016, I was Training and Quality Manager at Incir.com e–commerce company. I was responsible for Contact Center.Between June and December 2016, I was the Head of the Operations at ModaCRUZ Company which is aplatform for selling secondhand clothes.I was mainly responsible for the Business Process & Develop, Education, Recruitment and ManagedFraud and Contact Center, Refund, Back Office Departments.
