I participated in the internship program named "Internship Journey" conducted by the Human Resources department. Within this program, I developed a fair preparation project that I had chosen. Within a limited timeframe, I learned the intricacies of creating a project from start to finish.

I played a role in recruitment processes on behalf of several software companies. By engaging with candidates through LinkedIn, I conducted interviews and ensured the reporting of suitable candidates to my manager.

I took an active role in the registration and protocol arrangement at the fairs.
