I have actively contributed to essential HR operations, including payroll and personnel affairs, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, recording leave requests, and creating personnel files. I also prepare formal documents such as assignment letters and visa application petitions. Additionally, I have gained both theoretical and practical knowledge in areas such as employee rights and responsibilities, personnel management, the organization of HR processes, and also payment processes.

As a Digital Marketing and Project Management Intern, I participated in an intensive training program focused on digital marketing, advertising, organization, and project management. I gained theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience during this program by working on various projects. These projects included the Digital Marketing Guide Application, Organization File, Brand Image Creation Strategy, Creative Advertising Campaign Design, Critical Path Method, and Project Initiation Document. Through these projects, I developed competencies in creating strategies aligned with the requirements of the digital age, producing innovative solutions, and managing processes effectively. This internship significantly contributed to enhancing both my technical and creative skills.

During my two-month internship, I developed expertise in various aspects of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) while honing key digital marketing skills. My responsibilities included optimizing on-page content, managing off-page SEO strategies such as building backlinks and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success. Additionally, I contributed to creating web content aligned with SEO best practices and effectively utilized tools like Microsoft Office to support project goals. This experience enhanced my understanding of SEO strategies and allowed me to apply my skills in a professional environment, further strengthening my proficiency in English and digital marketing.
