• Develop and champion innovative enterprise recruitment strategies to effectively engage leaders to attract and retain top talent and strengthen pipeline• Act as primary talent liaison with Claims & Operations Workforce Transformation Leader and Chief Diversity Officer to support executive hiring needs and provide guidance on labor market and internal talent landscape• Act as a consultant and advisor to business leaders & HRBPs on DEI Unit Plan strategies / actions, ERGs to strengthen workforce pillar strategies with an eye towards talent mobility and career acceleration and recruiters with complex searches• Augment the revenue generating efforts through strategic alliances that enhance Inclusiveness, Brand and Talent pillar strategies identified in DEI Unit Plans• Provide support and insight to HRBPs and Head of Executive Coaching to onboard, assimilate and integrate executive leaders into their new roles

• Manage the recruiting strategy and calendar for Inclusive Diversity.• Ability to build strong relationships with external vendors and organizations to attract diverse talent into the pipeline, including developing a diverse college recruiting strategy.• Function as an internal inclusive diversity consultant to assess, measure, and enhance the diversity performance• Market the value proposition of Inclusive Diversity internally and externally.Lead, manage, and/or collaborate on all Inclusive Diversity communication projects.• Building talent networks and tapping into knowledgeable industry resources to develop evergreen diverse candidate pipelines• Lead/co-lead experiments to alter our operating processes (if required) to deliver results and better serve our target candidate customers.

Direct a team responsible for the sourcing and recruiting of candidates for all of Chubb's Underwriting and Claims Divisions across North America. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives involving Diversity & Inclusion efforts both internally and external.My team also has Full Life Cycle recruiting duties for our North American Accident and Health Product Line Division and all of the recruiting activities for our Simsbury, CT office.
