I started out my role as a PM in the ADS division at TransUnion managing client projects and later moved over to the Bureau team. Currently managing IT Projects, my main Portfolio at the moment is the migration of the company’s data from IBM’s Mainframe technology to the new Ab Initio platforms. Currently there are six projects in total under this Portfolio. I am responsible for four of those projects; managing both internal and international teams. We are running this project utilizing the Scrum Framework and Agile Methodology. This project is earmarked for completion in Jan 2016.
