TECHNOLOGY TRANSFERTransfering the academic know-how and the technological infrastructure of universities, in particular, of Hacettepe University, into the use of industry in order to; -provide solutions to their technical problems,-meet their R&D needs cost-effectively,-improve long-term university-industry alliance.-concerning the innovations of the academics, providing expert support in issues related to patenting and intellectual Property Rights, industrial application and commercialization processes-packaging and introducing innovative ideas for investors and monitoring the licensing processesPROJECT DEVELOPMENTTo help the academics and the industry benefit from the national or international Grant and loan programs that support R&D activities through- Developing the Project idea- Finding national and international partners for multi-partner projects- Preparing Project application filesPROJECT PARTNERSHİPWith its staff having expertise in different areas, contributing to the Project as one of the consortium partners in national and international projects (HT-TTM has so far participated as a Project partner in a variety of projects funded by TUBITAK- KAMAG, TUBITAK-ISBAP and EU programs).

• Communication with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry on technical isues such as harmonization of regulations in the process of EU membership• To organize and to control the workflow within the laboratory,• To organize and control the work distribution of the personnel,• To ensure and control the department equipments to be kept accurately and continuously operating ,• To organize the relations between the management and the department,• To review/approve every kind of correspondences including the test results and proposal letters within their responsibilities and authorization,• To prepare/approve the flow schedules of the test methods,• To enable the methods to be searched and established,• To audit the continuity of the chemicals and other consumables,• To plan, control and approve the department expenses,• To prepare the off days of the personnel,• To regularly and objectively perform the performance evaluations of the personnel and Inform the related management departments,• To be coordinated with the department, Administrative and Quality Managers,• To be present during the internal and external audits as the 1st degree authority,• To obey the privacy rules.
