As a Senior Commercial Manager for the specialized packages managing the team with the following responsibilities:1. Analyzing the current market and preparing a long list of tenderers for the different nature of projects, preparing and evaluating the PQQ, issuing reports on the short-listed tenderers, presenting to the Employer, and coordinating with the tenderers for the SAP ARIBA registration.2. Preparing Order of Cost estimate as per NRM-1 for the Employer’s budget approval and BQ, schedule of rates, and schedule of works for the infra and building works in accordance with the CSEMM4 and NRM2.3. Identifying the risks based on the type of procurement routes and recommending the required changes in the Condition of Contract ( FIDIC Yellow, Red and Gold book) to the Employer and conducting workshops to make sure that the Employer is aware and ready to retain or transfer the risks.4. Coordinating with all packages to develop the Program responsibilities matrix, update the general specifications with the latest requirements of the Employer, coordinate with the project management team to set up milestones, sections, and delay damages as required for the packages and prepare project-specific ITT, RFP, and tender documents, preparing a mid-bid presentation, arranging site visit for the short-listed tenders, answering tender queries, preparing post tender estimates and chairing the meeting as if required.5. Evaluating the Tenderer's commercial submission and supporting the technical team to evaluate the technical submission in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements, preparing tender evaluation reports, Issuing post-tender clarifications, negotiating the tenderer for the issuance of Letter of Award, and preparing the documents for signing the Contract.6. Coordinate with all senior commercial managers to capture the lessons learned in the respective packages during pre and post-contract stages and incorporate those in the new tender documents.
