A wind power plant with 43 units wind power (VESTAS, 640 KW). Responsibilities: Execution of preventive maintenance by conditioning monitoring (CMS) of major parameter of equipment; Preparing of non-conformance reports for corrective actions; Managing and leading maintenance team; Managing schedule service and inspections; Preparation of daily technical reports.Achievements: Getting knowledge about wind power system; Learning about the electric device (LV and MV).

NPS is acting in designing, manufacturing, rebuilding, and repair of power plants parts and equipment including turbine buckets, compressor blades, special bolts, gears, different lock washers, and bearings (Journal and Trust). I was a mechanical designer and product developer in the R&D department.Responsibilities: Conferring with inter-departments engineers on project design and execution bottlenecks. Prepare equipment arrangement and drawing for fabrication; Quality controlling of parts including measurement, Metallography, and NDT; Preparing non-conformance reports for corrective actions; Participating in the customer meeting and system handover; Order project materials and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors on price and delivery dates; Preparation of product documents, specification, and data sheets. Documenting the new experiences, risks, and technical points; Participate in customer meeting to exchange and resolve project execution issues;Achievements: Modeling and designing with CATIA V5; Learning about non-conformance system; Working with various type of metal coating (Slurry Coating, Flame Spray, Wire Spray, TBS, and APS); Working with ERP system; Learning about LEAN production system (5S); Improve negotiating skills on price and date; Learning to work with GPS system;

Kish power plant has eight Gas-Turbine units and one HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). I worked in maintenance team with other eight people. Besides my regular duties, I was the technical supervisor and assistant project in the Gas-Turbine installation project and technical supervision in Gas Pipeline project.Responsibilities: Executing the preventive maintenance through analyzing gathered data; Analyzing of machine fault and conditions after breakdown; Planning for schedule maintenance (Overhaul and HGPI); Service and repair mechanical equipment such as fuel oil skid, air/oil cooler, and air/oil filters; Increasing stability by accurate analyzing the cause of a sudden breakdown; Decreasing the stop time and maintenance time by ordering the spare parts in time.Achievements: Getting knowledge of installation and commissioning procedures; Learning about Design piping standards (ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ANSI B36.10, ANSI B36.19, ANSI B16.5, and ANSI B16.10); Becoming familiar with pipeline quality control (radiography and NDT); Gaining knowledge of SCADA system; Experienced in the maintenance of electrical devices and generator.
