My career took off at TD, where I began as an Easyline Specialist. Assisting customers with their daily banking needs, I gained invaluable insights into the world of day-to-day banking. This role allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of customer expectations and build strong relationships.As my journey continued, I transitioned into the Digital Department, where I honed my skills in troubleshooting technical issues faced by customers.It was during my time working overnight shifts that I was exposed to the world of fraud in the banking industry. Observing the impact it had on both the business and the customers, I realized my purpose was to protect individuals and the Bank from these threats. This realization sparked a deep passion within me, motivating me to pursue a career focused on Fraud Management.Currently, I proudly serve as a Fraud Detection Agent, where I bring my analytical thinking and decision-making skills to detect and prevent fraud. This role demands constant vigilance, staying ahead of constantly changing fraudulent tactics and patterns. I thrive in this fast-paced environment, fueled by the knowledge that my efforts contribute to the security of the business and the trust of customers. I am always open to learning new things.
