My name is Seyi David..i had to pause to think writing about myself,but i can say for sure...i am bent on been a problem solveri can be extremely quiet when need be and yet be outspoken when there also is a need....i have a Diploma in Facilty Management,but Engineering was always my thing..then proceeded to a 5year engineering degree in Industrial and Maintenance Engineering..in this times i learnt about Accounting aswell(did some really extreme reconciliations and balancing for some projects using excel and some accounting softwares)...but the engineering part of me saw a need for redefining construction with some new ideas and detailing also considering the vast need for maintenance in homes,offices,malls etc...so i learnt about Epoxy and Stamp concrete flooring...love for construction was a site to behold and i held onto it with my full chest..i take this seriously amongst my other desiresi admire building and yearn to make some detailing to it,either in Renovations,building or floor management i have handled a couple of projects and still yearning for more..in Floor Designs i love stamp concrete because of it high durability,better aesthetics, longer life span...i try as much as possible to advice anyone buildind about this type of final floor finish....apart from the floor claddings we might have based on WPC boards...in renovations...home upgrades are something that excite me...taking up a project in this brings the life of having a keen eye for details be brought to life ......amongst all creating something new,urban yet timeless is PEACE
