Kurşun Kalem supporters and volunteers provide scholarships for supporting these "prospective teachers". Heading the profession at many stages of life, it is an honorable job with commitment and dedication to an educational ecosystem and to all who need education literally starting from ABC or 123. With this mission, Kurşun Kalem foundation aims to reach these young people to realize their professional University Degree without any financial or educational obligations, so these "prospective teachers" themselves follow their dreams through mentoring of senior teachers or any pro-bono professional match and guidance.Thıs needs to create a professional fundraising department, for a transparent, sustainable, and scalable nonprofit organisation.
