About Mehmet Sezer
As someone who has made data a part of his life, I thrive on digging into complex data sets and producing exploratory analysis with data-driven strategic insights.Technological cognizance is another of my strengths. I follow the developments in my area of expertise closely. I am adept in learning new tools and applying them as needed in these days where open source is very common. Compiling regular and systematic reports and effectively presenting them to the relevant authorities (Top Management, cross-functions, org. units) are one of my important skills. Furthermore, I am good with numbers and statistics. I have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and then a master's degree in this field, which I completed with Technology Intelligence software that I created using Data Mining algorithms. This gives me sufficient theoretical basis for my business area.As a Business Intelligence expert with great experience since 2015, I have created +25 dashboards with Tableau for international customers in their different units such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounting, Production, Supply Chain where I define KPIs, standardize data sources, create exploratory analysis to make smooth decisions by turning data into information in the current VUCA world.Currently, I have an active role in the management of the KPIs of 4 digital products used in 40+ markets worldwide, the creation of reports at the country, region and dealer level, and the positioning of the products in the markets they deserve. While doing this, I come together with after sales managers in 20 different countries every month and work on pushing the products in the market by strategically directing them through the dashboards I have created.
