As a Product Technical Engineer of Blowers of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) with electric BLDC motor (BLDC Blower), my responsbilities are;- applying the specific PDP (Product Development Plan) of BLDC Blower by following CPM (CLEAN Project Management). In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets,- following each métier of the BLDC Blower (PCBa hardware & software, electronics, mechatronics, acoustic, vibration, mechanics etc.) with related team members,- making sure that Design Reviews of other networks are happening in a timely manner,- following DV and PV testings and continue to improve the product by offering valid countermeasure solutions,- proposing Prototype solutions and following their productions,- leading the DRBFM, DFMEA, Compliance Matrix, 8D studies,- having an interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs,- being responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of projects,- establishing the detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones.
