Primarily responsible for establishing, monitoring, and executing project plans. Apart from the general project management duties also responsible for delivering instructional design (LMS and e-learning), system analyst (CRM - Salesforce) data analyst services.Achievements and responsibilities – Project Management:- Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.- Carrying out feasibility studies of proposals and preparing project initiation documentation.- Coordinating and managing all project activity and ensuring project deliverables are achieved to plan.- Ensuring all parts of project are cost-effective within budget and time limits to the right quality standards.- Work with tutors, trainers or development teams (external providers) as a team to produce training materials or special courses (including e-learning materials).- Designing and using “Learning Management System - LMS” to manage web based learning projects.- Working closely with programmers and software developers.- Overseeing installation and testing correcting problems ('bugs') before the final version is released / reporting technical problems to IT support staff.- Writing educational game / animation / e-learning content scenarios and creating storyboards.- Managing the development of e-learning materials.- Providing staff training and instruction manuals.- Writing detailed and summiresed project progress and accurate financial reports regularly to senior managers and stakeholders.Additional Achievements and responsibilities – Data Analyst:- Providing and analysing volunteer’s data of foundation.- Creating detailed weekly / monthly / quarterly reports to management.
