• Design and plan the Leadership School
• Update “The Banking Book” which has been constituted by the departments of the bank
• Write “The Hand Book of New Branch Managers” includes the cover design and the other sides

• Follow-up the incoming and outgoing mail and report traffic
• Ensure precise communication with our customer (Vodafone) when my managers are away on business trips
