I'm a General Business and German student studying at Technological University Dublin, currently finished my third year achieving my ordinary bachelors in business and currently in final year looking for that honors level in business. I am expecting a 1:1 GPA if not a 2:1, my current results displaying this. I have a keen interest in many fields such as Business Development, Human Resource Management, Sales Consultancy, and Digital Marketing. In my final year, I hope to continue to excel in my studies achieving great results.Currently, I am a manager at Eddie Rockets Blanchardstown. Here I have integrated working in a courteous, professional, and confident manner while providing an efficient and friendly service. This job requires the ability to work in a fast past environment while ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. This position requires health and safety procedures to be followed at all times and making sure the rules and regulations and being adhered to. In this role I'm not just required to work on the floor, I'm involved in the recruitment and development of staff. I work with the accounts and cash flow of the restaurant. With this new position as a manager I'm also involved in the training of new supervisors and managers within the restaurant. I also have the role of Staff Agent within the workplace. This is also known as the staff representative. This requires me to make sure employees are treated fairly within the workplace in matters that concern employment. This ensures that employees feel if they are feeling unfairly treated within the workplace they come to myself to follow grievance procedures.
