Gained an excellent understanding of different operating and production models e.g. North West using direct labour and West Midlands employing subcontractors.Within this role I was considered as an integral part of contracts management, my performance targets and achievements grew, allowing me the opportunity to take a more strategic approach.

Supervised reinstatement teams, managing subcontractors ensuring contract KPIs were met and managing various admin tasks such as defects, production monitors and weekly wages.Close collaboration with NG staff provided me with good insight into client requirements and expectations. Effective communication and planning skills were learnt quickly due to the fast-paced nature of the contract.
