I worked as a locum band 5 physiotherapist in Aintree University Hospital. In this position I was responsible for coaching children of all ages, from 4-18, and all difficulties, from complete beginners to elite international level competitors. It also included equipment set up and maintenance.

In this position i was required to prepare a wide variety of food to order as part of a diverse multinational team of kitchen staff. Team work was a major part of the job. The role also included management of food stores, completion of the weekly food and supply orders and management and organisation of food deliveries.

The Irish Student Trampoline Open (ISTO) is Europe's Largest Student Trampoline competition. In this position I was involved in the entire planning and running of the competition. The competition is run over 4 days with over 700 competitors and 150 officials in four disciplines of trampolining. My particular roles included: Completion of risk assessments; designing competition running orders; designing of judging panels and management of the competition officials; merchandise design; attainment of sponsorship and public relations.

The main responsibilities of this role included serving of drinks and waiting on a serving tables. Customer communication and relations as well as inter-staff relations with the kitchen and further hotel staff were of especially important in this position. Further roles included cash register counting and balancing, setting up and serving at functions and cleaning the bar and related areas.
