Master of Arts in Human Resource Management with the NCI. I completed my dissertation on the differing stress levels between blue and white collar workers. While completing my masters I also attained a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Management accredited by the MII (Mediation Institute of Ireland) and more recently I completed a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring accredited with CPD (Continuing Professional Development). My background is in food science where I achieved a BSc in Food Innovation from DIT now more formally known as TUD.
