• Create suggested orders using in house planning tool for external, intercompany, and intracompany order types.• Ensure orders align with manufacturer allocations, warehouse resource constraints and contracted days of coverage.• Work with operations and within the warehouse management system to facilitate in house built intra company purchase process.• Finalize orders in collaboration with finance/KAMs, adjusting for seasonality and promotional activity.• Develop productive relationships with different business units.• Perform regular reviews of open purchase orders, stock levels vs budget for assigned categories (Hi-tech, OTC) and at-risk stock.• Work with KAMs, business support team and master data team to ensure relevant master data is maintained correctly.• Respond to customer and supplier enquiries about order status, changes, stock levels or cancellations.• Assist with purchasing queries as part of a migration project to new SAP system.• Carry out UAT in EQA as per the needs of the business.• Reviewing and updating existing SOPs to ensure they align with current process/best practices.
