Innovation Dept.Hardware Squad Delivery Manager coordinates and reports on squad activities, implements change proposals, and collaborates with internal and external teams, including product managers, technical leads, designers, and project managers.They also drive improvement proposals and coordinate with suppliers.

As part of the SubSea Robotics Operational Department, this role involves managing assigned projects and contracts, including customer reporting, progress planning, cost control, and compliance with safety and quality requirements. The role also involves coordinating with other departments and participating in contract-related activities with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Due to increased activities, I resumed my position.In the Technical Department, the role involves managing ROV and tooling mobilizations according to customer needs and regulatory requirements. This includes serving as the main point of contact for internal customers, managing the budget, and allocating resources efficiently. Additionally, the role involves setting the scope of work and managing workshop resources to meet customer needs.An additional function I have had in this role is to be available on Technical Duty Phone 24/7.

Technical department had to downsize due to low activities across the industry, I was fortunate to regain a position on the ROV workshop floor again awaiting better times or new possibilities.

The Workshop Department's ROV Systems Technician maintains, tests, modify and repair ROV systems, including troubleshooting technical problems and assisting with new equipment installation. Work closely with other ROV team members, maintain records, and follow safety procedures to ensure safe and efficient ROV system operation.Additional functions I have had in this role is to be responsible for High Voltage operations, applying and ensuring correct LOTO (lockout/tagout) and also being available on Technical Duty Phone 24/7.

The Offshore Department's ROV pilot maneuvers and controls ROV systems underwater, which includes planning and executing ROV operations, collaborating with clients, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining records, and following safety procedures. They play a vital role in ensuring the success of underwater missions and require strong technical skills, communication skills, and situational awareness.

The ROV Pilot Apprentice learns to operate, modify and maintain ROV systems under experienced pilots. Duties include preparing and launching ROVs, observing and assisting during missions, analyzing data, and adhering to safety protocols. The apprentice gains the necessary skills to become a certified ROV Pilot in Remote Underwater Operations.Apprenticeship completed March 2008 with following certificate.
