My Role:• Technical support ----- Pre-sales and post-sales.• Work directly with customers, to solve technical issues.• To train the distributor teams and work with them to increase sales.• Attend various conferences, seminars etc, for the promotion of products and solutions.• Coordinate with responsible team for overall analysis of customer application and system.• Maintain database of customer information for future use. • Preparing application notes to make our product easily understandable by customers. • Verifying customer software application and hardware schematics review. • Interacting with customers through support tickets, Emails, phone calls, online debug sessions through Skype, Teamviewer, GotoMeetings, WebEx, etc. • Replicating customer issues and providing inputs and feedback to development team.• Sanity/Random testing of customer specific firmware/driver releases.

UART for console mode.• Media converters: OAK13 is an Unmanaged Media Converter Rack Role: To make Microchip’s PIC communicate with BCM5481/2 using MDC/MDIO interface protocols. UART for Debug Menu (console) for user interface. Managing LEDs status.• Long Reach LAN to WAN converters: Fycus carries data on CAT5 cable (used to transmit ETHERNET data) from CO to CPE (from LAN port to WAN port). Role: To make Microchip’s PIC communicate with BCM54810 and IP101A using MDC/MDIO interface protocols. To create a Debug Menu for user interface.
