As a Station Commander at USAREC, I oversee the operations and performance of a team of recruiters who are responsible for attracting and enlisting qualified candidates for the U.S. Army. I have more than four years of experience in recruiting, which I leveraged to achieve the Company Top Recruiter NCO award in 2021. I also have an associate degree in general studies from Central Texas College, and I am fluent in Spanish. One of my core competencies is project management, which I use to plan, execute, and monitor the recruiting activities and events in my area of responsibility. Another competency is inventory management, which I apply to ensure the proper ordering, storage, and distribution of automotive parts and equipment for the recruiting vehicles. I have a domain expertise in automotive parts ordering, which I gained from my previous role as a recruiter, where I coordinated and processed the requests for parts and repairs from the field. My mission is to support the Army's readiness and strength by providing quality and diverse talent to serve the nation. My field of expertise is recruiting, where I have developed strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
