Used remote sensing data to estimate state of water indicators for North Africa. Responsible for a full report and a workshop in Tunisia to teach 20 water experts on how to replicate the analysis using Python, satellite data and open source GIS tools.

Explored possibilities to utilize expertise from an acquired tidal energy company in the UK in the offshore wind industry. Tidal energy was compared both technically and financially to other renewables and different scenarios of LCOE for hybrid solutions were calculated. The report was presented to the hydro and ocean strategy centre in Germany.

Extra course in multilateral diplomacy and the United Nations with practical experience from both Oxford and Harvard model United Nations. The program comprised of a half year preparation and ten days full time training in New York. The course improved soft skills like public speaking, debating, negotiation technique and team work.

Created a community (40 persons) for young entrepreneurial students together with 5 other commissioners. Setting up a new entity within an existing organization was eventually successful and as we speak, the entrepreneurs club is still active.

Organized a political campaign together with 5 other board members responsible for managing approximately 40 other students. Focus on showing STIP as a comprehensive and professional political party by direct contact with potential voters. Gained experience of functioning and directing within a larger entity. Result: Doubled representation in city council.

Research and development of a cheap water filter to improve health in third world countries. Together with Joric Oude Vrielink we did the R&D for the family filter.
