Success was due to various factors, including: creating a ‘bottom-up’ research approach in a market where the major firms were cutting research, consistent client focus and tracking via an efficient CRM management method, creating a culture of winning values and sourcing credit products globally. Sold the company to a Hong Kong-based Private Equity firm, FINRA approved & buyer did not close.
