About Shane Freer

I am a trade qualified chef with more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, menu design, budgeting, staffing and implementing best practice procedures.I have extensive experience in major-event logistical operations, venue openings and pre-opening both in Melbourne and interstate, including client launches. I am currently responsible for large brigades across multiple kitchens.
