- 2011: As an IT Architect, I've participated in several projects by defining, designing and estimating time & cost of implementation for new systems and interfaces between core systems (OSS/BSS) and network elements. Also I've worked in several RFQ by evaluating the technology offered by different vendors in terms of IT capabilities.- 2010: AXTEL implements a GPON FTTH network. I was part of the architecture team who has defined the architecture of the OSS/BSS. Including the design and development of an automated provisioning interface between the OSS/BSS and the network element (ZHONE ZMS) that provide FTTH access.-2009/2010: I was responsible for development team who has implemented several requirements related to the automated provisioning of WIMAX access technology, including several interfaces to CISCO equipments to implement a Captive Portal to prevent fraud.- 2009: I was in charge of the development team who implemented new functionality into several systems (Including Siebel eCommunications 7.5.3) requested by the different areas of the company, such as Billing, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc. Also, with the same team we supported the day by day operation (bug fixes, hot fixes, root cause analysis, etc).- 2008: Mexico's telecommunications regulator: Cofetel, decided to implement "Number Portability". I was the leader of the development team who has configured new functionality in Siebel eCommunications 7.5.3 including several EAI interfaces.- 2008: AXTEL implements a new telephony access technology called WIMAX in order to offer broadband and VoIP services. I was part of the architecture team who has designed and built several interfaces between the core systems (Including Siebel eCommunications 7.5.3) and legacy systems.- 2007: AXTEL acquires AVANTEL. A new development methodology based on RUP was implemented. I was designated as one of the leaders of the practice of development to meet several projects on the company.
