Managing registration center employees, training new employees, handling the registration center email, assigning participants to Birthright trips, and checking documentation and determining eligibility.

My job is to work with children, mainly from ages five to eight. I work with them on improving their academic skills, especially reading and writing. I also monitor them during activities designed to educate on health and team-building, as well as moderate fights or fears. All of the children are from "at-risk" homes, and most are below average in reading level.

I worked mainly in the registration office. This job involved mastering the registration system and the use of Google Documents, organizing and assigning rooms, granting financial aid, and answering any and all questions about the center. I was also assigned the task of converting the registration books from the previous years into more comprehensive charts and graphs. I was also assigned to organize various activities for the guests, and was trained in first aid and CPR.
