CurrentProgram Manager for three programs (Psychological Health Intensive Outpatient Program[PHIOP]; Virtual Behavioral Health [VBH]; Organizational Inspection Program [OIP])Assist Army Medical Command in developing policies, procedures, and new and innovative intervention strategies for Region-wide implementation and sustainment of Behavioral Health Service Line Programs to include VBH, PHIOP, and OIP. Provide continuous guidance and oversight for standardized development and sustainment of IOP, VBH, and OIP services throughout Region Health Command-Central (RHCC). Retrieve and analyze data and provide adequate feedback to each MTF. Conduct site assistance visits and Inspection Visits to RHCC facilities to identify and manage existing risks by reviewing program implementation and compliance, provide training, guidance and assistance as necessary. Analyze program for any deficiencies, brief findings and make recommendations for program improvements. Document visits through a written report. Perform analysis to increase high quality practices using measurable metrics to support a process improvement plan for psychological health and trauma related issues. Follow written policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for best MTF support and guidance. Conduct monthly meetings with clinical and administrative managers to disseminate higher HQ information and guidance pertaining to effective implementation of programs and to receive MTF feedback. Provide strategic oversight and support to VBH services provided through RHCC Hub and VBH services provided MTF to MTF. Coordinate with RHCC Hub and MTFs to obtain clinical and administrative data; develop data management procedures that facilitate analysis to support decision making for Commanding General and key leadership at RHCC. Develop charts, graphs, and presentations as necessary to present to senior leadership to pinpoint relevant information on infrastructure, available services or make recommendations to recapture care.
