- Construction quality assurance managing a team of up to 9 engineers and inspectors for Caltrans bridge and highway projects.- Construction technical guidance and field personnel management for FHWA highway construction projects.- Managed program operations for FHWA bridge investigations.

- Oversight of the DBOM contract to operate the San Francisco Bay Area’s FasTrak, an intelligent transportation system (ITS) for electronic toll collection.

- Managed a team to implement a quality management system for the California High Speed Rail Program in accordance with ISO 9001 and the Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Framework.
