I am responsible for all technical support, as well as working with programming consultants to implement changes to the Folio Collaborative web application. The overarching goal of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service and support to the Folio team and our member schools. In detail, my responsibilities include:• Diagnose and resolve all technical and software issues, identifying and escalatingpriorities as necessary. • Partner with Folio's vendors to design and develop changes to the Folio Application built using the Ruby on Rails web application framework. • Manage the design, development, and deployment process for the Folio web application. • Design, review and analyse product analytics and user feedback to ensure product development meets customer need and the business objectives. • Provide, process, and record information in response to inquiries, concerns, andrequests about the Folio web application and associated systems to the Folio team, as well as member schools. • Maintain an understanding of the technical needs of the organization as well as to research and implement best-practices for increasing company organization and productivity through technology. • Assist other members of the Folio Team with their technical needs.
