Successfully secured internal move to manage the flagship branch of AWF Manufacturing & Logistics. East Tamaki was the largest branch in terms of assigned daily placements and internal staff.During my time I was responsible for the successful transition of a multiple branch merger with 2 other branches including clients and staff coming under the East Tamaki branch. This was my first full management role with AWF. Mt Roskill newly opened branch within the M&L division. As this was a small branch, my team consisted of myself and administration person.
