Started Project Management Professional Club to provide a platform for management professionals to socialize and share knowledge. Talk wireless was business startup venture. From software development perspective, defined and analyzed business and technical requirements, defined architecture and developed design as well. Managed the project, researched opportunities, vendors and, products. Developed advertising campaigns. Developed inventory, risk, contract and customer management plans. Managed several projects including designing and decorating the premises interior, sales and marketing campaigns, managed inventory, customers, vendors and daily operations.Key Accomplishment:1. Developed business plan.2. Developed methods, forms and tools that controlled the customer fraud, reduced cost by thousands of dollars, managed inventory and helped in accounting and taxes filing. 3. Delivered a lot of work single handedly.

In the process designed and coded user interface and application layer, used internationalization and of course interacted with other team members and teams to resolve technical issues.Key Accomplishment: 1. Management appreciated my speed to grasp the existing design and to come up with solutions to the problems and enhancements in the application that were in compliance with existing design.2. Performance was also appreciated as self starter and quick learner.
