Compliance Administrator- Design, deploy, and manage all communication compliance software and hardware through Symantec Enterprise Vault products- Assist the legal / compliance teams in research, discovery, and presentation of communication materials• Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 Administrator- Manage and plan for new / current servers in addition to management and setup of all accounts- Design and plan for high-availability and remote sites including implementation of Neverfail solution- Setup, implement, and monitor Postini integration for external mail relay and spam / malware protection- Monitor and maintain Exchange infrastructure through regular maintenance and monitoring• Software and Update Packaging / Distribution Administrator- System Center Configuration Manager Administrator including all packaging, reporting, and remediation- Windows Server Update Services 3.0 management for all desktops, laptops, and servers including all update testing, rollouts, and research- Management and maintenance of server environment through refresh cycles- Maintain company-wide compliance throughout hardware and software environments through reporting, automated maintenance, and issues logging

• General Job Functions- Assist end-users with desktop and server application or hardware issues- Resolve network and system issues, 24x7 monitoring & technical support and relevant network and server documentation for 14 locations and 500+ associates throughout the globe- Various server-related duties including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SMS 2003, and WSUS
