Steve is currently a Partner at Structured Group LLC, a Texas holding company for general contractors specializing in commercial and multi-family construction and renovation. He is also a Partner with NS2 Properties LLC, which acquires and manages commercial and residential properties. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and holds Certificates in Project Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Manchester in the UK. Steve is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and was a contributor to several versions of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), an ANSI standard.
