I led Product Management for Google's Conversion tracking, Ads measurement, Analytics, and Attribution features across Google's advertising stack. Our products helped Googles all of Googles advertisers to unlock benefits from digital advertising, growing their business and creating user value. Launched Google's first causal measurement pipeline, Geo Lift, in AdWords generating XXX m$ ARR in additionalads revenue.

As a Research Specialist I developed cross-channel ROI analysis for UK's largest advertisers based on Google's rich data sources. This included data from DoubleClick, Google analytics, and AdWords. The research extended into cross-channel attribution analysis, using multiple modeling approaches. I helped facilitate causal experiment to validate the incremental impact from ad-spend changes, helping large organization be successful.

At Goldman I managed a growing team of 3 engineers for Insurance and Reinsurance Technology. My team developed trading applications for the Reinsurance business at Goldman, empowering 10+ traders to trade in London's oldest reinsurance marketplace: Lloyd's of London. We rebuilt every part of the technology stack, from the trading desks internet connection, through the hardware they used to facilitate multi-million dollar insurance contracts, to the trading applications the used to price risk. I was responsible for infrastructure upgrades at the Lloyd's of London trading location, as well as the full hardware and software stack of the trading desk at Goldman, including a dedicated server farm, the custom reinsurance trading software, as well as the infrastructure interfacing with the booking system at Goldman (SecDB).

Lead statistician for all of Austrias 'stroke units' - specialized stroke intensive care units all across Austria.
