As a senior project engineer at NeuStar, I am responsible for the flagship product of Neustar/Ultraservices, the ultradns resolver. I have been responsible for developing new enhancements to the resolver as well as getting the current implementation so that it is more stable, robust and RFC compliant.

As a senior software engineer, I was directly responsible for rewriting a web, tcp and udp monitoring application. When I inherited the code base for this application, it was so bad, that it had to be restarted every 4 hours. I rewrote the entire application in less than 3 months, resulting in measurably improved performance, and better customer satisfaction.I then helped in designing the new architecture for the next generation of that application before being transferred to being the lead engineer on the ultradns application.Ultradns was subsequently purchased by NeuStar.
