Over 16 years of experience, mostly for the Oil and Gas Industry:- Responsible by the daily technical support to the Altera (previously Teekay) FPSOs operating in Brazil working in close cooperation with our technical hub in Norway, - Strong strategic view, acting to keep/increase operational safety, up-time and compliance to the relevant regulations and standards; - Experience at the Brazilian offshore market including working towards agencies like ANP and CNEN;- Responsible for personnel management (i.e. multidisciplinary engineering team) including follow up of deliverables and priorities, resource assignment, performance reviews & accountability plans, recruitment and orientation of new staff, talent and competency development, experience transfer and lessons learned, ensuring compliance with company’s framework and systems;- Part of the Altera group which developed company’s digitalization strategy and acting as the focal point of contact for this matter in Brazil;- Strong Automation background working (mostly) for the offshore market in projects for companies like Equinor, Teekay, Hamworthy, Wartsila, Yara, Petrobras amongst others;- Capable to adapt in order to handle both the “overall picture” as well as complex technical issues; - Technical leadership of Safety Instrumented Projects implementation projects (i.e. SIS - ESD and F&G);- Strong understanding of Process Safety Management following CCPS pilars; - Strong experience coordinating technical teams locally and remotely; used to work in a multicultural environment;- Long international experience: lived and worked as engineer / SIS lead engineer in Norway for 8,5 years;- FPSO commissioning experience at Dalian (China) and Remontowa (Poland). Travelled with FPSO Cidade de Rio das Ostras from Poland to Rio during commissioning phase;- Offshore experience at the Brazilian and Norwegian sectors;- Able to communicate effectively in all levels of the organization;- Experience leading technical investigations (certified as senior investigator by Kelvin Topset Method – used for Deepwater Horizon incident);- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
