During the first half of 2019 I helped spearhead Ohio Auto Club's migration from SharePoint 2013 (on premises) to SharePoint Online. This involved the migration of content, site pages, and document libraries, as well as document and train department leads (managers, directors, etc) on how to better plan and utilize updated platform resources and functionality.I also worked to replace our expense reporting workflows and company invoicing workflows by established an automated system featuring routing checkpoints and notification systems. This was a big benefit to the company, cutting [at times] three week processes down to less than an hour.Most recently I have been lead developer on the creation of a new, SPO/Power Automate-based invoicing approval system for Ohio Auto Club. This project was expedited when the pandemic began in earnest, and Phase I was quickly deployed by June 2020. It included features for securely uploading, routing and approving invoices through a multi-tier system which dynamically configured subsequent approval tiers based on the context of specific invoices. Phase II was deployed in early 2021 and included infrastructure updates to invoicing libraries, approval workflows and expanded on the approval system.

As a web developer and SharePoint developer at the Ohio Auto Club I was in charge of numerous intranet projects, as well as design and develop custom PHP and JS web applications which managed department inventories, company events, project management functionality and the company's news center.While at AAA I spearheaded numerous intranet updates, including a site-wide restructure which focused on bringing the Ohio Auto Club Information System up to industry compliance and coding standards.Additionally, I lead development on an intranet overhaul project which focused on providing increased daily usability for OAC’s 700+ associates. This involved pitching the project, redesigning the website (throwing out obsolete functionality as well as integrating new), developing custom SharePoint themes (main website as well as department pages, an expansive document library, and the Oacademy training site) page layouts, updated various membership stat widgets, as well as expanding the News Center (company blog) to help the Internal Communications Team deliver content company-wide.

I'm creative director and lead level designer at the indie video game production company, Rocket Launcher Interactive. Our team spans across multiple states in the US as well as into Canada and Denmark. My positions as creative director and lead level designer involve keeping design consistent throughout development, documentation, intimate knowledge of the Unreal Engine, QA/UAT, and developing environment art utilizing various software suites (3DS Max, Adobe suite, etc).

As a digital engineer at the Columbus Dispatch/WBNS-TV (10tv) I spearheaded a multi-site overhaul utilizing Drupal, as well as updated and maintained the various sites under the Dispatch Broadcast Group umbrella (dispatch.com, 10tv.com, thisweeknews.com, buckeyextra.com, columbusmonthly.com, etc). While the project was ultimately canceled due to the company's acquisition, I was able to bridge my front-end web development expertise with back end technologies which were beneficial to the company on numerous other projects featured in monthly release cycles.
