Since August 2022 I have focussed on in-depth research into Generative Artificial Intelligence and the applications of these technologies with a specific focus on the commercial uses for Trained Image Generation and Large Language Models. I have been consulting to several organisations, assisting them in the investigation of the deployment of these technologies across a range of commercial functions.Key Learnings and explorations:Understanding how Generative Image AI can be trained to achieve brand consistency.Using AI to create enhanced detail in historical imagery.Training large language models on specific data sets for commercial applications.Creation of intelligent aged care assistants to alleviate the dual issue of staffing shortages and resident isolation in assisted residential aged care.Establishing workflows for the creation of real time 3d intelligent agents for use in multiple sales, marketing, customer service and consumer applications.

Agency Stack is a white-label provider of performance digital, content, design and development services to the advertising and marketing industry. They have a multinational staff of approximately 120 people across 5 countries. I first came to know them in my capacity as Agency Lead for UBT where I had engaged them as a service delivery partner. I approached the owners of the business regarding opportunities to expand their business. We negotiated the creation of the role of Group GM in Charge of Growth and Strategy to which I was appointed.Achievements:Created a growth road map for the business.Formulated the concept of the Agency Growth Partner that underpinned the company’s messaging and go-to-market strategy.Devised communication themes and messaging framework to be implemented across all communications.Implemented a comprehensive lead generation program that resulted in a 10x increase in partner agency numbers in 18-monthsConsulted to 30+ Agencies to develop short, medium and long-term growth roadmaps and resourcing modelsSpearheaded multiple production management initiatives to mitigate the issues resulting from a dramatically increased workload.Created a range of premium services that increased revenue per campaign by 5x and resulted in an ongoing partnership with one of Melbourne’s largest performance agencies. Negotiated a partnership that laid the groundwork for a subsequent strategic merger with a partner agency.
