Responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of engineering projects(wire-harnesses). Also in charge of managing the engineering team and the remote engineering office in Komárno.• Acting as a lead engineer on a variety of projects.• Setting the annual KPI’s and making sure to reach the set goals.• Providing leadership for a group of engineers (Wire-harness division).• Tracking engineering projects.• Calculating the economic costs and benefits of the engineering projects.• Improving engineering processes and removing bottlenecks.• Carrying out detailed process design calculations.• Checking the quality of project documentations, prototypes and 0-series.• Reviewing operating procedures and systems and developing these to increase efficiency and reduce costs.• Cooperation with sales representatives of the company and customers worldwide (Netherland, Germany, France, Spain…).• Close cooperation with the customer (Nissan Europe Aftersales) regarding development of towbar electric harness.• Prototype checks at the customers (France, Spain, UK, Germany).• Ensuring all relevant legal and regulatory requirements are aligned with reference to IATF 16949:2016. • Responsible for yearly external engineering audits and customer audits of engineering department.• Experience with the PPAP, APQP, ANPQP, PFMEA, DFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC

• Leading a small team of engineers.• Responsible for engineering and quality in the plant.• Implementation of ISO TS 16949 in the production plant.• Visiting foreign customers to work on common projects.• Development of car specific towbar electric kits.• Preparing calculations, documentations, testing tools, testing programs and installation manuals (Corel Draw).• Occasionally managing production.• Representing the company during audits or customer visits.
