I have successfully implemented new processes to drive consistent and increased donations and significantly increase the quality of events. ► Aggressively raised over $200,000 in additional revenue through proactive outreach to members with available funds for sponsorship.► Secured over 90% of the annual revenue for 2020 by Q2 utilizing a new membership retention strategy that included new partner programs, more comprehensive outreach efforts, and regular check-in and follow-up calls with members. ► Increased new and current members’ participation by 20% in the first year by implementing a new CRM strategy and developing additional networking opportunities.► Reduced the annual event budget by over $80,000 through multiple cost savings initiatives, including contract re-negotiations and reduction of in-kind members.► Managed six project initiatives of unique tours for approximately 200 members throughout the city of Pittsburgh.

Led a team of 40 staff members in providing detailed planning and management for all of the organization’s events across approximately 300 partner organizations. Networked with members, vendors, political figures, and business stakeholders and cultivated sustaining relationships. Managed high visibility events, including legislative, sports luncheons, Regional Investor Council meetings, and ACCD’s Annual Meeting.►Supervised the production and administration of the Greater Pittsburgh ATHENA & ATHENA Young Professional luncheon and three supplementary ATHENA events; scheduled and coordinated meetings for the Host Committee, four Sub-Committees, and the creation of all media, including website, social, video, and print.►Coordinated logistics for the 2014 Three-Day Leadership Trip to Denver, CO for 100 C-Level Executives and government officials, including travel, venue coordination, and specifically requested farm-to-table restaurant outings.►Created RFPs, negotiated with vendors, and made selections using a balance of quality and cost to execute contracts on behalf of the Conference and affiliated organizations. ►Supported event sponsorship sales efforts, secured sponsorship commitments, and ensured consistent, high-quality delivery of benefits associated with sponsorship.
