-Personnel responsibility for 5 employees at SQM und incoming inspection in Bocholt and technical responsibility for 2 employees at Gigaset Shanghai Ltd - Deputy of head of SLM- Responsible for assuring overall material quality of all components (excluding certain plastic parts) needed for products made in Bocholt. - Acting as SQM for display, PCB, electrotechnical components, partly battery and charger. - Responsible for quality planning (Supply Advanced Quality Planning), process and supplier auditing, PFMEA, EMPB, FAI, approval, IQC. - Quality responsibility over life cycle of the components incl. managing of PCN and EOL notification. - Responsible for 8D-reporting, claim and escalation management in case of supplier caused quality incidents during ramp up and mass production. - Budget responsibility for SQM department; planning and controlling of SQM efforts for new projects- Assure conformity regarding legal regulations (REACH, RoHS, safety..) - Support of quality management department in case of qualification of Asian/Chinese supplier for ODM (corded phones, smartphones, others..). - Material team board member (coordinating of all material teams). - Support of purchasing and logistic department during critical material supply in 2020-2023 (Covid19, Ukraine war, strong wafer fab allocation). Timely qualification of alternative parts or sub-components (like IC in display module) and supplier without impact to quality. No line stop during this time. - Qualification of new supplier for smartphones. Develop them from pure ODM to system supplier for made-in-Germany approach. Assure manufacturability of phones in high automate assembly process.

- Qualification of new components and supplier for displays, semiconductors (memories, µController, GSM/DECT-IC´s incl. RF, diodes, LED,….). - Joined development of new components and new projects, qualification of new chip designs and new IC packages (FBGA, stacked Die, …)- Quality responsibility over life cycle of the components incl. managing PCN and EOL notification Development of small Chinese supplier for displays. Continuous improvement activities to guide them to get preferred supplier status and improve their technology and quality capability. . - Development of new connection technology for display-to-PCB together with production engineer, R&D and supplier to assure fully automated display assembly with improved product and process quality including reduced cycle time. Saving of >>100k€ per year comparted to status before.. - In 2003-2006 team member at „leadfree“-Team, which implemented new RoHS at Siemens PN (private network). Represent the division within Siemens ÖN/PN group.
